As of October 1, 2011, BTI increased the driver pay scale. We pay per mile and per drop, which directly affects your compensation. On average, first year drivers make $40,000-$45,000 with a possible range up to and beyond $60,000. We offer increased pay for differernt delivery areas (i.e. NYC/CHI) as well as Canada. In addition to pay, BTI has a Simple IRA as well as BCBS health insurance available. |
